About Us
ZAK’S started with one simple idea — bring proper food, big flavours and something a little different to Milton Keynes.
We’ve spent months perfecting recipes, building a slick new kitchen, investing in some seriously good equipment and arguing over exactly how crispy a chip should be!
From proper fish & chips and flame-grilled chicken to juicy burgers, loaded kebabs and freshly made pizzas, we’re not really into picking a lane. If it tastes good, we want it on the menu.
We don’t cut corners - we use only the highest quality ingredients throughout — the best British chicken, beef and lamb. The formula is pretty simple: good ingredients, cooked properly, packed with flavour. No gimmicks. No sad little portions.
We’ve also eaten a frankly ridiculous amount of food while testing the menu, so you can rest assured we’ve taken quality control very seriously.
ZAK’S first branch opens in September 2026, right here in Milton Keynes.
